Something 'bout love

What about love? What do I know about it? What do you know about it?

What is love to begin with?
I believe different people have their own views on that. I mean I know what some of you might think, "who do you think you are talking bout someone else's love?" or "what do you know about love?" when you read further on. I'm just a blogger and I'm just expressing what I have / had in mind.

There's a lot of degrees of love that people express it as; here's some.

Love at first sight
It's a very common term people use. People do ask, "Why her?" and they would reply, "I don't know man, I just fall in love with her" no reason or whatsoever. They just fall for what they saw. There's no other reason to it.

Love is blind
This no rare to use by now. They say love is blind, people fall in love after a period of time, ignoring their partner's imperfections. Usually this kind of love do last. However, some love are really just blind to one party while the other is just taking advantage of it. Like somebody I used to know, he gave her quite a lot and sacrificed pretty much for this girl he liked. There were some rough times they almost broke up and I had to help to keep them together. But after awhile I saw the flaw in that relationship, she had a lot of requests and 'wants' from him. He gave her for the fact he loved her. In the end, they broke up after a year, for reasons I wasn't there for. But it was like something good because eventhough he loved her, she was practically 'leeching' from him.

Love is a lie
This would be normally words from a heartbroken person. These are normally cases of they loved the other while the other was just 'playing'. I mean like the other person has no commitment into these kind of stuffs. Some would say it's just a test, or an experience, y'know.

Those are some of it. I can say I'm somewhere in complex between love. I'm single but been through three. Each one lasted half shorter than the other. The first relationship I had was 2 years long, the other two, do the math :)

I mean, what does love do to people. People change because of love. You see those quotes saying like
"I don't love you anymore. You've changed"

"If he's not willing to change for you, he doesn't deserve you"

"I didn't change. I became matured, unlike you"

you see these kind of quotes you start to think, "should I change or should I not?".  Honestly, I would just say screw it. Seriously, who thinks there wouldn't be any change in a relationship? You did, I did. Everyone did. It's just our mental perception that we were happy with what we have then. When you do have a relationship that is long, long enough to know something changed, you start to see the bad in people. Some might change for the better, while some might change for the worse. Normally, they would see for the worse instead for the better.

I'm not to say that it is wrong, but if you really have loved that person, you would overlook it for the better. However, some people, I said some, they use it as a reason to break up instead. It's the typical thing to do when you dislike someone after a period of time.

Here's a tip, when you fall in love with someone, first thing is to make sure they really, really love you too. I mean you love them for who they are and they love you for who you are too. How do you know? you might ask? You don't. You just have to give up and leave your comfort zone. Second thing is to expect. Expect changes in them. But that's not just it, don't just expect, love them for what changes it's gonna be. You can't predict what it's gonna be but atleast you're prepared. If they do change over the days, weeks, months, or over the years, do love them for who they are and for whom they are gonna be. (Unless they start to become drug addicts or alcoholics.)

P.S.
I meant those who changes into drug addicts and alcoholics. For those who wants to change themselves from them, maybe your love could save them. Don't get me wrong there.

This post might be long for you all too read but I do have some more.

The degree of separations. Those who are knocked down. Those who have been one-sided. Those who should know.

Those people who've became the dumpee might know these, the dumpers may have a clue.
To those who have heard The Script's Six Degrees of Separation, those degrees are something quite true.

First, you think the worst is a broken heart
What's gonna kill you is the second part
And the third, Is when your world splits down the middle
And fourth, you're gonna think that you fixed yourself
Fifth, you see them out with someone else
And the sixth, is when you admit that you may have fucked up a little

Those heartbroken people understands what's it like when someone you really loved leave you. It could even kill a person. They might look happy to their friends and family, look cheerful and joyful, but the truth is they are really dying inside. You never know someday a pal you know, jumps from the eight floor, or hang themselves to the ceiling fan or cut themselves to bleed to death.

There are times when you got hang up on one person and can't give up on that person. I wouldn't say "get over it" or "there's someone better", but I would just say, "someday". No matter how long, there will be a limit, even if it was death that was the limit. You can't force someone to forget someone they've loved so much. Only you knew how beautiful, or how much it meant for you. People around you gonna keep saying it but one day, someday.
I must say I went through that. But trust me, you guys gotta think bout what about people who loved you from a kid till where you are now. Someone's out there for you. You just haven't met the right "lobster" yet. (I got this from F.R.I.E.N.D.S.) Lobster have their own partner which they mate for life. There will be the "lobster" for you. ^~^ Never give up till you find one.

Love is something complicated, love is something beautiful and scary, love is what it is. Nothing can truly define love, you just have to find out yourselves.

It's Christmas~!

Firstly, I would like to wish all of my friends a very splendid day of Christmas and also to everyone in the world who's celebrating.

I wish you all a white Christmas where available, and a very festive where it doesn't. :)

My kick-start for Christmas wasn't that enjoyable though. At midnight, I was locked out of my own room at my dorm after picking up my laundry. Since everyone was on holiday for Christmas I ended up alone locked outside the door.

Oh well, I needed to get back in or else, I wouldn't have any place to sleep. So, I decided to pick the door. First I found some pegs and took out those metal things that act like springs and bent them too fit the keyhole. After one hour, plus or minus, I realized it was too short.

I then went to the emergency staircase where the fire-hose place and next to it there was some kind of small room. I found a pair of glasses, some more pegs, some keys and padlocks, etc. I broke the pair of glasses sides and pull off their rubber coating.

So I tried bending the metal with the metal shoe rack outside my door, and start picking the lock. Based on what I've seen on Leverage (an awesome TV series) I thought I was doing it quite right. I had to do it carefully without damaging the lock. I got till the 'click' sound but it just doesn't open.

Alternatives, I figured that the door's lock shaft is there, so I borrowed a spoon from a neighbour in the building, and ply the lock in forcibly. After 3 hours plus, I finally got in! :o And spent the rest of the night doing laundry, and watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

So I wish you guys to have a better day than me for today, and the rest of your lives. ^^

And again, MERRY CHRISTMAS to the eastside, and soon to be the westside. :)

Musique~

So far I've been stuck to listening the same playlist for weeks.
You may call them depressing songs, but to me its more of meaningful songs.

The Fray, The Script, Secondhand Serenade, old Coldplay, Blink 182, The Beatles, Weezer, old Avril Lavigne, old Black Eyed Peas, Backstreet Boys, Bon Jovi, etc.

Like this song I'm stuck listening to the whole day today; Thinking of you by Christian Kane.

Well, I know they say all good things, must come to some kind of ending.
We were so damn good, I guess we never stood a chance.
Go on and find what you've been missing,
And when that highway's tired of listening.
You'll see I'm not that easy to forget.

When a new moon shines through your window,
Or you hear a sad song on the radio.
And you don't why, but you just start to cry.
Or you're driving around on a sunny day,
And out of nowhere comes a pouring rain.
And a memory hits you right out of the blue,

that's just me thinking of you.

I'm not gonna try to stop you, but that doesn't mean I don't want to.
If I know you, you've already made up your mind.
So, go on and go, if you're really leaving, put a million miles between us.
But you still feel me, like I'm right there at your side.

When a new moon shines through your window,
Or you hear a sad song on the radio.
And you don't why, but you just start to cry.
Or you're driving around on a sunny day,
And out of nowhere comes a pouring rain.
And a memory hits you right out of the blue,

that's just me thinking of you.

And I'm thinking about the roads you're on.
I'm thinking about you coming home.
I'm wondering if you got your radio on.

When you find your way to another town, and someone tries to lay you down.
And a feeling hits you right of the blue, that's me thinking of you.
That's just me thinking of you.

Music these days aren't as meaningful as those of the past. You listen to these musics, they mean something, they have a story. You hear songs like Whistle, do you even know what's the meaning behind the song? It's so obscene and so inappropriate for the younger age. "Blow my whistle" is like what the fuck man~ -.- You trying to tell kids to get involved in more underage sex or fornication?

Seriously, radio station these days, do you even know that? You keep playing them on the radio like it's just a catchy song. The subliminal message can affect people.

Pumped up kicks is a song about murder. It's about running from being killed. Not bout shoes. Not some pumped up shoes. But atleast it isn't that much like songs with meanings to have sex all the time like 5 o'clock in the morning  and Whistle.

Everyone has their own taste in music but what do you really want your mind to grow on? Think about it.

Oh jolly!

There's nothing much to say today.
Nothing has happened.

Well, if you think walking up and down 6 flights of stairs is something, good for you.
-.- Suffering from cramps right now. Can't even lie down in peace =-=

Well, good day to all of you and your non-cramping legs.

Adios, amigos

Truth about people

What about people eh?

You see people everyday in your life. No matter where and when. Have you ever occurred to think about their story? No one truly knows your life story. And so do you on theirs. Try taking a seat in the public, just have a seat and look at all the people around you. How they walk, who are they with, what do they wear. Ever thought of why they walk like that? Why they spend their time with those other people? Why they wear those clothes that day?

Maybe you don't bother. Maybe you do. Mostly don't. Now look at someone you know, talk to them. You know them right? But do you know who they are before you met them? Are you friends? Are you childhood besties? You may know them, but not really what they are really thinking.
Some of them may open their hearts to tell you stories, tell you their secrets. You hear them out. But do you listen? And to you people who tell secrets, are you really telling them all the truth, or did you create another imaginary truth?

You put your trust in them, but do you really believe them? I'm not trying to split up any friendship or relationship. But to say the truth, everyone lied. It's because not to gain your trust, it's to make you hear them. You see about other people, you may mock them, you may tease them, you may love them. But what are their stories you never know. You should listen to every words they say. Everybody is a grifter of their own. And here's the real truth. They don't even realize they do it. (So do you).

Stop all the lies, walk up to a person, tell what you feel about them - love, hate, content - and ask them what do they feel about you. Ask them of how they lived this life. You just listen. They'll distort some of the stories not because they want to, they just naturally do.

Just some introductions

What should I say?

Well, this is like the 4th or 5th blog I've ever created. But, there's actually only 2 left. This and the other one; http://nerd-in-need.blogspot.com/
There's nothing much though. I don't really blog, but it's the only way to let go some steam, I ask myself "why not?". Then...

BAM!!

I created this blog. On the other blog it's more like a story rather than a place to release my stress though. That blog is the love story of somebody I used to know. Meh...

So what about me? Who am I?
Just a normal person, a human. Maybe not so much. The normal part. hmm... Maybe the human part too. All is all, I'm 19 going 20 by now. hmm... I'm a male. What else... I am nocturnal. heh. Just like batman I guess. >_> not vampires though... vampires nowadays are glowing =.=
What I look like maybe compared to some said korean look, or japanese look, and even chinese. Well, it's because I have 3/4 chinese blood in me. As much as chinese I look, I don't speak any mandarin or hokkien. It's always awkward when trying to buy stuff and they keep talking alien to you. Well, I'm quite used to it already.
Oh yea, I do have the tendency to keep use the word "Well". I don't know why, but I just use it. =..=

hmm.. I think that is all for the intro I guess.. I don't have anything much to talk about... well, I really am not much a talker to tell the truth. I am more of a listener kind of guy. So... yeah....
